Your clients come from different countries with different payment preferences. Some want Stripe, some PayPal, some require Barclays ePDQ for corporate compliance. Supporting all of them used to mean managing multiple dashboards and reconciling payments manually.
VisaCRM integrates Stripe, PayPal, Barclays ePDQ, and Ryft into a single unified system. All transactions flow into one dashboard. All reconciliation happens automatically. All receipts look consistent regardless of which gateway processed the payment.
Read the Anyvisa case study to see how a UK agency uses all three major gateways — Stripe, PayPal, and Barclays — to serve a global customer base.
The Pricing Calculation Engine
Visa pricing is complex: government fees, service fees, per-applicant charges, flat add-ons, promotional discounts, coupon codes, multi-currency conversions. Building this calculation manually leads to errors and disputes.
The pricing engine handles it all transparently:
(Government Fee + Service Fee) × Applicant Count + Add-ons − Coupon Discount
Clients see the full breakdown before checkout. Each component is clearly labelled: "Government fee (×3 applicants): £285", "Service fee (×3 applicants): £225", "Express processing: £30", "First-time customer discount: −£50", "Total: £490".

Webhook-Validated Payments
Payment confirmation isn't "trust the frontend". Every payment goes through server-side webhook validation. Stripe webhooks, PayPal IPN, Barclays ePDQ callbacks — all verified cryptographically before the order is marked paid.
This matters for compliance, fraud prevention, and clean data. If a client's card is declined but they somehow reach the success page, the order stays pending until the webhook confirms actual payment. No false positives, no accidentally approved orders.

Book a call →Manual Orders for Phone & In-Person Sales
Not all visa applications come through your website. Phone sales, in-person consultations, B2B orders from partner agencies — all need to be handled with the same rigour as online orders.
The manual order system lets admins create orders on behalf of clients, generate token-protected document upload links, and send professional invoices. The client gets a streamlined experience (upload documents without creating an account) while your accounting gets the same clean data it would for online orders.
