Multiple Visa Types Management

Visa pricing isn't flat. A Schengen tourist visa costs different amounts depending on the applicant's nationality (Nigerian applicants might pay one rate, UK applicants another), the destination country within Schengen (France, Germany, Italy), and the specific visa type (short-stay, long-stay, multiple entry).

VisaCRM's pricing engine handles all three dimensions through a waterfall system: specific nationality + country + visa type override fees are applied first, then country-level custom fees, then default visa type fees as fallback. The result is pricing that accurately reflects your actual business model — no compromises.

A Schengen visa application requires different information than a UK Work Visa. A business visa needs sponsor details that a tourist visa doesn't. Building a single universal form creates confusion; building dozens of separate forms creates maintenance chaos.

The dynamic form builder lets you configure fields per visa type with conditional logic. When an applicant selects "UK Work Visa", they see sponsor fields that don't appear for tourist visas. When they indicate they're travelling with family, additional applicant fields appear automatically. Built-in validation catches errors at the point of entry.

Both destination countries and applicant nationalities are tracked as first-class entities in VisaCRM. Each has its own configuration: supported visa types, currency preferences, form requirements, and compliance rules.

This makes it trivial to add new markets. Expanding into processing visas from a new source country? Add the nationality, configure visibility rules for your existing visa types, and you're live. Adding a new destination country? Configure the visa types it offers, the government fees, and the processing times. Your entire pricing and form system adapts automatically.
