The Contact Pipeline (New → Contacted → Qualified → Quoted → Converted → Lost) shows your business development team the sales funnel. The Sales Pipeline (Lead → Contact → Quoted → Negotiation → Converted → Lost) provides a more detailed view for deeper sales cycles.
